Tuggerah Station Upgrade
Project overview
Planning is currently underway to improve accessibility at Tuggerah Station.
Transport for NSW is also investigating longer term improvements to car parking, bus and vehicle movements and pedestrian access in the area.
The upgrade at Tuggerah Station is being delivered as part of the Transport Access Program, a NSW Government initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and integrated transport infrastructure across the state.
As part of the program, the Tuggerah Station Upgrade would aim to provide a station precinct that is accessible to those with a disability, limited mobility, parents/carers with prams and customers with luggage.
Project Status
Planning is underway for an accessibility upgrade at Tuggerah Station. Site survey and investigation work was completed in early 2020 to inform the early concept design.
