Cabramatta Road West proposed clearways

On Monday 30 September 2019 new clearways became operational on Cabramatta Road West between Elizabeth Drive, Bonnyrigg and the Cumberland Highway, Cabramatta.

The new clearways will operate in both directions on Cabramatta Road West from 6am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends and public holidays, as shown on the map below. Outside the clearway hours, existing parking restrictions will remain unchanged.

You must not stop or park on a length of road signed as a clearway during its hours of operation. If you park in a clearway during clearway hours, you risk being fined and your vehicle can be towed.

Buses and taxis are allowed to stop on a clearway to drop off or pick up passengers. Emergency vehicles are exempt from clearways restrictions.

For drop off and pick up of students at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Primary School, parents and carers can use local streets including:

• Humphries Road
• Palisade Crescent
• Newleaf Parade
• Bishop Crescent
• Sandilands Road
• Mason Place.

Also, if you live nearby you can walk or cycle your child to and from school.
